Return Policy


We take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days of receipt. You must acknowledge that the item is unused and exactly in the same condition. Kindly note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the company will not pay. Refunds will be processed as soon as our team receives the returned item. Some products might be subject to restocking fees. 


  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Within 15 days of receiving your order, you can return or exchange it if you're not happy with it. The item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and in original condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for used, damaged, or altered items.


  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Some products cannot be returned due to hygienic or safety concerns. Products that are specifically marked as non-returnable on our website, clearance items, and personalized or custom-made goods are among them. If an item is damaged or flawed upon delivery, please get in touch with our customer support team right away for help.



  1. Return Process:

Please provide your order number and the specifics of the item you want to return to our customer care team in order to start the return process. You will receive instructions on how to return the item along with a return authorization number from our team. Please make sure the package is properly marked with the return authorization number. Returns might not be accepted if they don't have a valid authorization number.



  1. Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the item is damaged or defective when received, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. For your item's safe return, we advise using a trackable shipping service. Shipments that are returned damaged or lost are not our responsibility.


  1. Refunds:

We will let you know how your refund is progressing as soon as we receive and review your returned item. Within seven to ten business days, if the refund is authorized, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. Please be aware that there is no refund for shipping expenses. The real cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund if your order qualifies for free shipping.


  1. Exchanges:

If you want to exchange an item for one that is a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer support team to start the exchange process. Exchanges are impacted by the product's availability. If the desired item is not available, you can choose an alternative product or ask for a refund.


  1. Defective or Damaged Items:

If, in the unlikely event the product is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover the cost of return shipping in order to provide a replacement or refund. In order to speed up the process, please send pictures of the damage or flaw.


  1. Restocking Fees:

Certain items may come under a restocking fee, which will be clearly written on the page. We reserve the right to deduct the restocking fee from the refund amount.
